>>>Working process:

★1, The whole capping mechanism is cylindrical. It rotates 360 degrees according to the center of the spindle. The bottle is automatically capped, and then enters the capping mechanism. The capping head operates along a specific guideway and moves up and down in a straight line.

★2, Then it enters the balanced pressure filling mechanism. The bottle rises slowly with the lifting mechanism. After close contact with the sealing washer under the balance filling valve, the fork installed above the isobaric cylinder is activated. After filling the sour beverage, the upper fork is closed and the filling stops.

Capping heads.
<1> Place and capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

<3> No bottle no capping
<4> Automatic stop when lack of bottle
<5>Capping effect is stable and reliable ,Defective rate ≤0.2％.

Air Conveyor.
Air conveyor is fixed on the floor, with fan installed on the top.
Air filter is positioned at every entrance of air fan, to prevent dust blown into bottles. Bottles are held on the neck in the conveyor and transported into filling machine by blowing power.
All are made of stainless steel SUS 304 /316.
Rack made by high quality carbon steel welded.
