Descriptions
3 in 1 Alcohol filler is composed of bottle-washing/filling and capping. It absorbs the foreign advanced technology as the foundation. According to our countrys beverage filling craft requirements of wine/pure water/mineral water, etc. to design and create itself with study to form one kind of national advanced level bottled production line. Mainly used in glass bottle filling production, adopt block bottle-neck technology, suit for different bottle just in one machine.
Transmission
Main transmission adopting frequency conversion motor will be sent to decelerate box through stair belt, and then lead the whole machine running.
Safety device
Operators should be familiar with all the safety devices and other ways in order to avoid personal injury and damage to machinery.
There is a emergency stop switch on the operate panel.
Bottle flow
The bottles sent by enter bottle conveyor belt will divided into a fixed interval of one-way,and the bottle inverted by enter bottle clamp, then the bottles can be sent to filling machine’s
enter bottle star-wheel. The bottle by lift-up motion is fixed on the bottom of filling parts.
After filling, the bottle pallet lowered, centering guide rod upward , the bottles are sent to conveyor
star-wheel, then to capping star-wheel.
After capping process, the bottle will be sent to out bottle conveyor belt by out bottle star wheel.
